Our Celebration
After 7 years together, we have decided that it is time to celebrate our love for each other and our future.
We want to spend these days with the people we care the most about, and we would love our families and friends to meet each other - most of you for the first time.
You know us. We have lived in many different places, and we have built connections scattered around the planet. It is not easy to bring everyone together so we have come up with a unique plan that we hope you will find attractive and manageable.
We would love you to join for any amount of time you want to.

The Plan
Anna and Diego will be in Cozumel from 20th of February to 6th of March 2025.
We will be in holiday mode and also take part in some of the local Carnival festivities on the island. (See video below of a past Carnival).
We are proposing a range of different activities and events during this time that you can participate in. We are not organizing a specific “wedding night” or dinner* - so you can come at the beginning of our trip or towards the end - or join us for the whole stay!
Depending on what you choose to partake in, our time on the island together could include time on the beach🏖️, live music 🪩, dancing🕺 , snorkelling🤿, margarita drinks 🍸, fishing🎣, eating🌮, sun tanning 👙, seafood 🍤, watching the Carnival 👯, family-friendly games 👨👩👧👦, swimming 🏊🏻♂️, and much more.

Who you will meet there
We have invited our families and friends from everywhere around the world. We expect 100-200 people, including children.

Cozumel is a small island and it is easy to get around, so don’t worry about getting lost.

Yes, this event is how we declare our love for each other and how we commit to spending the rest of our lives together.
We will have a small religious ceremony with only our families.
We don’t plan to get legally married - for now - since we haven’t seen any advantage in doing it. Let us know if we are missing out and we might look into it later.
Some of you have asked about gifts.
